Corey Jenkins, Sr. Designer & President
Corey has been a graphic designer, and web developer, for over nine years, bringing both new media savvy and visual problem solving expertise to the corporate design world. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park, where his course work focused on graphic design, sculpture and art theory. In addition to his program of studies, he spent three semesters as a teaching assistant for several design, computer graphics and art theory courses.
For more than seven years, Corey has worked for the U. S. Department of Agriculture as both a designer and web developer. His most recent projects have included overseeing the electronic dissemination of the 2007 Census of Agriculture and serving the Department in an advisory role regarding the expansion of its web 2.0 efforts.
Corey has traveled the U.S. and Europe presenting papers on web design and information dissemination. In 2005 he was interviewed for Wired.com for his efforts in marrying government with emerging technologies and he continues to champion those efforts in both the federal and private sectors. When not preparing design work for clients, Corey is active in woodcarving, travel and ice hockey.
